Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

  • The product is damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is defective or leaking upon arrival.

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a video showing the issue

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused after delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is on our side (wrong or damaged product), Gaziaan will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
