Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or minimum order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where available) so you can track your parcel.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct. If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the package and product. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
